- Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivers within 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays.
2. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 applies.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies.
- Next-Day Delivery: A flat rate of $25 applies.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
4. International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. The shipping fee does not include customs, duties, and taxes applicable in the destination country.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice and make two additional attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or provide a refund (excluding shipping costs).
8. Damaged or Lost Items
